SHIPPING POLICY
Typically, we ship items 1-3 business days after your order has been processed on our website. The shipping time from our store to your location within Canada or USA will vary based on your specific shipping address.
Pre-Order Policy: Please Read Before Placing Your Order
When you place a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on TCG Hero, please note the following:
- All other items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. This means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, all other items will also ship at that time. If you prefer non-pre-order items to be shipped immediately, please place them in a separate cart and check out separately.
- Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled once placed.
- Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase.
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment, but a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.

Please note that, due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us at Sales@tcghero.ca . We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
Cancellation requests can be made prior to shipment; however, they are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.
